WHAT ARE EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
Eyelash extensions are individual synthetic eyelashes of different lengths, curls and thickness. They are professionally applied one by one to your individual natural lash as an extension of your natural lash.
HOW LONG WILL A SET OF EYELASH EXTENSIONS LAST?
Typically a new set of lash extensions stays looking good for 2-4 weeks. After this, the remainder will shed with your natural lash when ready. However, with regular fills your overall lash extension will last indefinitely.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET REFILLS?
We recommend refills every 2-3 weeks to maintain the look. Although this is the recommended time frame, lash fills depends on the quality of the client's aftercare and natural growth cycle.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO APPLY EYELASH EXTENSIONS AND HOW IS IT DONE?
This application process takes 60-80 minutes for a full set and 45-60 minutes for a refill. You will lay comfortably while the lash technician applies your lash extensions. Your lower lash will be covered during lash application and you will not be able to open your eyes during the proces.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY EYELASH EXTENSION APPOINTMENT?
1. If you wear waterproof mascara, discontinue use 3 days prior to your appointment.

2. Arrive with freshly cleaned face and lashes.

3. Avoid oil-based products on and around the eyes.

WHAT KIND OF EYELASH EXTENSIONS DO WE USE?
We offer the best quality materials, premium mink lashes. Extensions have a more flexible curl, giving the lash a softer feel, while closely mimicking the look and luster of your own lashes.
DO EYELASH EXTENSIONS DAMAGE YOUR NATURAL LASH?
They DO NOT! If applied correctly, they are safe and do not ruin the health of your natural lashes. Be sure not to tug or pull on extensions to avoid lash loss or damage to natural lash.
I WEAR CONTACTS. CAN I GET EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
Yes you can still get eyelash extensions. They do not conflict or interfere with your contacts or normal daily activities. If you wear glasses, consult with technician about lash extension length.
HOW SOON CAN I WASH MY EXTENSIONS AFTER THEY ARE APPLIED?
It is recommened that you do not wash your eye area for 24 hours after the eyelash extension application. After 24 hours you will gently cleanse extension daily to remove any oil or debris. This will help extend the life of your extension.
CAN I WEAR MASCARA?
One of the many benefits for eyelash extensions is that you do not need to use mascara. Use of mascara will shorten the life of eyelash extensions.
HOW CAN I REMOVE THEM?
The safest way to remove your eyelash extensions is to have them removed by a professional. This is a safe and painless process. Trying to remove them yourself can cause damage to your natural lashes. Never cut extensions!
